Dope. Gotta wonder what Hov thinks about all this. Between the Cam interview, this, and Nore constantly asking artists if they prefer him or Nas...you know Hov prob feels some type of way.
:russ:

Well this particular issue is just facts and MC Serch told the EXACT same story a year ago on VLAD TV so its not like this is some new revelation.

Besides that Serch has been saying for YEARS in interviews and podcasts that Nas owns his own publishing and that Jay was lying because there was no Serchlite Publishing when Jay cleared the sample.

Schooling people takes forever; don't bother

damn, I wonder what title he had in mind back in 2013

---

Songs that are not Nas' but people claim are Nas':
  • Don Blaq - Ima Don: wordplay sounds like Nas and the voice was distorted to sound like Nas on a Nas mixtape

  • Hit Me Slime (Answering Machine skit) it may have been the rapper Nawz from Kool G Rap's Holla Back, which has its own story. did someone name themselves Nawz so when rappers say 'they have a Nas feature' but it doesn't come out, people can instead feature Nawz and tell people they misheard them the first time?

  • Victoria Beckham - Full Stop most likely Kevin Federline. Adlibs like Nas until he starts rapping. Wikipedia has it wrong Victoria Beckham - Wikipedia For anyone who listens to a lot of Nas, one would probably say it's not Nas...Given that the track was never properly released, there's no way to trace it back to the actual rapper and nobody seemed to say it was him instead of Nas...to me, it sounds like Kevin Federline or someone similar to him....for anyone to be compared to Nas is an ego boost, so he is probably staying quiet just for that

That Nawz cat was pretty nice actually, sounded like LL but rhymed like G. I'm still kinda mad Nas got taken off that though as its a classic collaboration, was probably due to Columbia being lame.

Huge reach but i would love this. Alchemist ans Nas never missed just like Nas and Primo.
It Never Ends is one of my favourite joints on The Lost Tapes 2.

I'm gonna assume he's not doing a one-producer album this time around cuz we know he's working with Dre and Preme and the chemistry and success with Hit-Boy is so good that I bet they are cooking up more too. Hit, Dre, Preme and Alc, goddamn what a lineup that would be. Then there's The Firm album rumors. Who knows whats coming next really, but whatever it is will be dope I'm sure.

Man I wish we could have got what he working on in 2013. He was coming off life is food and his features were crazy around that time lyrically. Album is probably insane.

Who cares what he thinks.. he has dyck riders like B. DOT and Charlemagne that constantly ride him as better than Nas.:yeshrug:

Jay made a song called learning to live with "Regrets"

He better take it in stride like Nas does..

shyt, from this interview alone, we know that Nas has an album with Swizz, and Swizz hinted that Nas has an album with RZA...Alch just tweeted, and Nas was seen in the studio with Dre....you think that Nas is trying to do 1 album projects with every producer he likes?

I hope so because I'm still hoping I get that Premier/Nas album.

I could be wrong, but I think Nas has spent the last several years just vibing with different producers and they just knock out songs. That's how we're getting these one producer albums from Nas. My theory is that he did something like this:

2013/2014- Follow-up to Life Is Good produced by Timbaland.

2015- album produced by Swizz

2016- "Nas Album Done" with Hip Hop as the A&R

2017- possible album with RZA

2018- Nasir entirely produced by Kanye, which actually got released

2019- Lost Tapes 2

2020- King's Disease

2014 is swizz, but overall correct Swizz Beatz Says He Fully-Produced An Unreleased Nas Album

and 2020 is also Nas' secret Firm album w/ Dre

I just repaired the video w/ better audio

also, can someone help me with drink champs videos?...they are too long, some doesn't have subtitles for me to do a keyword scan for Nas, and NORE talks about Nas almost every episode on different timestamps in the same video. Did Timbaland talk about him having a Nas album on his drink champs episode? I didn't know Timb had a full project with Nas except for a couple songs
