Sinatra In The Sands is supposedly a Timbaland produced Nas song featuring Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake with JT doing a Sinatra impression

Has anyone actually heard it or is it just rumours? Timbalaland is kinda hitty missy imo. JT doing Sinatra impressions? That’s either gonna be fire or corny

Ps what’s timbaland produced for Nas before? I can’t think of anything off the dome rn

What u rating this album brodie?

I'm still enjoying and vibing to it. I can't find one thing necessarily bad. I've ran it back a couple of times as a whole, but some of these songs I find myself repeating. "Blue Benz", "Car 85", "27 Summers", "10 Points", and when the beat switches on "The Cure", it is wrap. I love beat switches especially when the second half is better than the first.

"King's Disease" the song sounds like "Stay" Pt 2. He even mentions pocket watching and the low, subtle, muted drums really reminds me of that song.

Didn't expect a Dre feature either and the original Firm line up on a crazy track in 2020 just made it that much better.

Word i'm still trying to accurately rate it. lol. I dont wanna come off hype but this shyt looking like an easy 4.5/5 for me as far as Nas discography. If im grading on the curve of the rest of the industry. shyt is more towards a 4.9/5. lol. shyt might be a modern day classic brodie.

As confirmed it exists and so did Timbaland. Nas said it’ll be heard “at some point”

There is A LOT of Nas material that hasn't been released that he's talked about. Nas has confirmed music with:

Large Professor

Da Beatminerz

Swizz (album or EP)

Timbaland (possibly multiple songs as he started the follow up to Life Is Good with Timbaland)

No I.D.

RZA

He talked about Cool & Dre sending him music and Nas described it as "Stevie Wonderish".

Also Salaam Remi

Man, the fact that Nasir dropped his best album in my opinion since God’s Son which was 18 years ago is fukking amazing. Truly the GOAT.

I always wonder what the younger generation like travis Scott thinks of artists like Nas.....cause Travis sells out arenas while Nas does concert halls but yet Nas will always rank higher...like do they think of him as a rap god or just a washed up OG? :mjlol:

I noticed lots of younger rappers aren't even students of the game....they don't know anything about the golden era it's crazy
