I saw Nas/East episode today. Really saw a lot of his personality shine in this episode. Nas a cool funny nikka man. And he’s really living the life. Opening up restaurants, performing at huge jazz festivals in New Orleans, bought a new nice ass crib overlooking the city, mentoring and signing artists like Killer Mike and Dave East. Driving around in Maybachs and Bentleys.

Honestly I’m not a fan of the way he’s sounded recently musically. Nas looks happy man I wouldn’t be surprised if he never drops another rap album.

I also saw the A-Boogie episode. Dope.

I don't think he purchased that particular house.

Yeah Nas said it was too high up

Think he wanted something a lil more calm

Crib was insane modern look with midtown Manhattan views

That door/window was bugging Nas out too since the crib is so high up he called it the “door of no return”

I’ll never be able to have these options :mjcry:

Jungle talked about it during the doc, but can anyone fill in the backstory of Nas and Jungle not talking for years when he was married to Kelis?

Had to be after the Bravehearts album cuz Nas is all over that that...I'm guessing mid-00's, like SD/HHID era?

Even more surprising is Nas saying he stole the beginning lines of One Mic from Jungle...I can't believe that cuz every Jungle verse I ever heard was trash besides his Oochie Wally verse. I fukk with Jung tho, he a funny dude.

That NYcha song with East and Nas sounded nice as hell. Hopefully that shyt drops soon.
