I chalk it up to a couple of three things:
1. Rust like a motherfukker. You just can't take all that time off and the act like you are just going to come in the game and score 30 off the rip.
2. Not enough hits. When was the last Lauryn Hill hit song or even semi hit song? She was performing songs that not even her base knew.
3. She doesn't perform her hits using the beats that people know. She was trying to be all artsy fartsy with the hits to where she even confused her base. Even the most die hard L fans were giving her the :
on the low. I noticed the same thing with 3000 the last time OutKast toured. Big Boi damn near had to carry 75% of the entire show.
I think the promoters figured out people were going to start walking out if she closed the show so they split it up and had Nas open and close.

Huh? He was ALWAYS out with Kelis before marriage, after marriage. They have hundreds of pictures together. He has like 6 or 7 with Nicki in 5 months. It's just Nicki is much more high profile. So everyone wants to cover this.
