I think there's an issue with his label that he's keeping low
I doubt it. He's just been busy with his man other thriving business ventures. The only time Nas ever had a release issue with Def Jam was over the budgeting for Lost Tapes 2

Nah... somethings going on... to the point of nas being cool with the whole nicki thing... and that terrible khalid joint. Only reason LIG took 4 years was because of distant relatives... it's over 5 years now... and Nas was buzzing more when Nas Album Done dropped than he was during the LIG build up.
Why does he keep saying his album is about to be dropping and nothing happens? It seems they wanted that lost tapes album as a bonus album. They weren't going to count that to his 4 album obligation. Nas wasn't having that. I feel like he would have been off that label a long time ago if it was up to him.
