Khaled's involvement explains it to me. I can just imagine Nas telling him the album is almost done, then Khaled giving a long speech about previous songs with Nas' name in the title (Nas Is Coming, Nas Is Like) being big collabs, and he's got an idea for one called Nas Album Done...throw in some henny and blunts and that was that lol.
