Is it? Khonsu wasn’t the villain of season 1. There aren’t other Egyptian Gods to stop him now except Layla.

I think they will have an antagonist(Maybe Bushman) but fight over how to face it.

We don’t really know what the Jake Lockley persona is. Is it because of his mother’s violence(generational trauma) or is it from all the killing he has committed(PTSD).
I'm referring to the control of the body part, which was the driving plot for 4.5 episodes.

But neither Steven or Marc were a threat to the world.

We now have a psycho personality who follows Khonsu without hesitation and no one to control Khonsu(he turned it to night to increase his power at will with no consequences)

i'm not so sure this gets a season 2 so much as it just set up this character for team ups and shyt. they'll do that Midnight Sons soon and Oscar Isaac will probably get top billing

i don't know if origin stories are gonna work on Disney+. i think the "hanging with characters we already know" formula worked better. No interest in Miss Marvel, but curious to see how they execute that

The problem with these Disney Plus Marvel shows is the amount of episodes. Same issue but different with the Netflix Marvel.

Put this at about 10 solid episodes and shyt would be gold. Too much missing with just 6 episodes.

Loki was the only one to have the balance well for 6.
The episode count didn’t bother me. It’s a pacing issue.

The entire Egypt carnival dude(I know he’s important to the mythos) did absolutely nothing for the plot.

Episode 5 was great but it literally stopped the entire forward movement of the plot. WandaVision’s rewind episode did the same but kept the antagonist front and center.

where exactly does Wonder Woman 84 fit into the MCU now? say they don't do a 2nd season and just bump Moon Knight into a teamup movie. is that it for her? does she have to be on the team just because? they've reached a point now where they already have too many characters and we haven't even seen the Xmen yet. Does anyone give a hint of a fukk about any Eternal coming back?

Probably in Blade:yeshrug:
Blade, which will be rated PG-13 with no blood

nah, i'm ready to start hearing some shyt about that. the idea of Midnight Sons also sounds very dope. I thought Kit Harrington was the best character in Eternals (almost by default) outside of Makkari and maybe Druig.
