well, already know racists are always looking for double entendres, dog whistles, and other slick ways to get their point across. his crowd understood what he was trying to say and so do we.
Yeah I just knew I had read that line before a hundred times though, took me a couple hours before it hit me and I remembered

Mike did what he had to do for him and his family we can’t all do the same things

We all have to understand that upfront because it’s easy to criticize when we not in their shoes

Malcolm X got sent to heaven with his kids watching

I read a book written by the youngest child of MLK and he could feel the stress of his mother while in the womb dealing with the civil rights movement

We have a lot of trauma and for someone to put some on you because they don’t think you have any is fukked up

Speaking in code because the Cacs be on here too

Had to rep. This is one of the most mature takes I’ve read on here in awhile.

And throughout this whole series we haven't seen a cell phone yet. Think about that folks.

The internet was still dial-up at this point for most people.

i don't think AOL hit until 1995 or so. Before that the only company with internet were phone companies. people rarely had 56k dialup modems. I remember i had sega channel. I thought that was the greatest shyt ever

Young folks can't even imagine where technology was at that point. You didn't get on the internet everyday back then. You had to call people on a landline most of the time. In 1998 I was 13 and trying to go outside everyday and play with friends.

yup and if you wanted internet you needed another phone line in the house cause when moms needed to use the phone that was it you had to get off your shyt and find something else

4 eps left and the last 2 aren’t finished I would really like to see the next ep focus on his retirement and come back .

Already feeling like this doc could of got 12 parts, the best stuff is coming up :snoop:
shyt it coulda done 20. One of the best docs I've seen. 1 hour feels like 15 minutes when watching this.
