That's the difference. Jordan was willing to play in a system and was flexible enough to play in one because he was humble enough to be coached and could play off the ball.

Lebron has been playing in the exact same way throughout his career other than a very brief stint in Miami
Lebron came into the league willing to trust his teammates so he didnt need to learn it six years into his career. THAT is the difference.
