Mike wasn't with dat tanking shyt

And to further piss MJ off:

With the 9th pick in the '86 draft, the Bulls took Brad Sellers. Sellers ended up being a bust and MJ's whipping boy. MJ wanted the Bulls to draft Johnny Dawkins, since he knew his game from their ACC days. Dawkins got drafted 10th.

I hate to be the lone defender of Krause

Although I disagree with how he handled the pippen contract situation

And he was dumb as hell for wanting to replace Phil

He wasn't crazy about trading pip

His plan made perfect sense actually

And if Krause would have pulled off the Shawn kemp, Ricky pierce and swap pick (which would have been Jalen rose) deal and brought Jordan back into the fold with that team plus kukoc and still made the Rodman deal they would have still been a dynasty that won another 3 peat and once Jordan was gone you have a core of Jalen rose and Shawn kemp (if you keep kemp off the buffet line) a duo that would have been deadly for some years.

Pippen did have a back injury that was always a threat to his career and one thing the documentary likely won't discuss is the year after pippen near mvp year before Jordan returns how pippen was pretty much leading the team nowhere clashing with the coaching and didn't like kukoc at all. ..not to mention how in the 98 playoffs pippen was pretty much a no show. That was almost entirely Jordan carrying them. Imagine him with still a young kemp and jalen rose? :whew:

LeBatard said the first two episodes are the “worst” because the director was told to introduce MJ to people who may not know who he was :wow:

I think Krause’s Brad Sellers pick was also the right pick based off his skillset at his size.

A 7’0 guy with some handle, athleticism, shooting ability. He could have played both forward spots and with added bulk maybe even some center in the future.

MJ wasn’t jacking him emasculated him and probably stunted his development. :mjlol:

Yeah Krause was ahead of his time. The tanking on purpose, signing players for under market deals, and trading players before they hit free agency.

:beli: has won rings doing those last two things
