I was at the part where Rodman told Michael and Phil Jackson that he needed a vacation because he didn't mess around at all and party while Scottie was out, and Phil gave him 48 hours. That was actually some good sneaky management from Phil. He let MJ refuse the long vacation, and then gifts 2 days to Dennis. This way, M.J feels respected because he was asked, and Rodman feels he got something from Phil. In the end, they still won championships.
