Brehs once you get to the point that you need to farm A++-S++ soldiers to level up good missions to replay are the ones where you fight skulls

Traitor's caravan; metallic archea; where do the bees sleep (whatever it's called) and even code talker if you save the skull fight until after you get code talker.

Keep in mind that to increase the probability of scanning S/legendary soldiers, your heroism and MB level needs to be high. I'm currently at 400k heroism and they appear pretty frequently. (Also upgrade your int. scanner)

Soon as I get the last sniper rifle on the list, im cleanin' shop

I might auto assign everyone after i clean up all the low ranks, then start the farm, I have 10 Legends already 65% A-B and everyone else is flabby n sick

EDIT: Once the skulls are dead/extracted all of the enemies in the hot zone will be knocked out for 5 minutes so you can run around (d dog is good for this) and scan and extract. PM me for details regarding skipping past the soldiers

Yeah I'm just buying everything that's available now. I have about 7 legendary soldiers in the brig waiting to be convinced to join. The lowest on all of my teams is an A+ so I'm only going for A++-S++ and even then idgaf about getting high level base dev. staff since I maxed MB out. Plus it's still high anyway. Idk if your as meticulous as me but a breh has been cross-referencing soldier perks to apply specify staff to R&D. In other words if I have two A++ R&D staff and the one that's actually on the R&D team is a specialist for something I already unlocked (like the bionics specialist) and is no longer useful in that regard while the one on the waiting room is a gunsmith for sniper rifles...I'll swap them for the bonus effect. (You can stack gunsmiths of the same weapon category for the added effect)

I feel like the only way to do a stealth online multiplayer mode is what splinter cell use to do. Make the soldiers patrolling 1st person and the stealth people 3rd person.

I just did 5 S Rank missions with the Parasite suit on, I think it only restricts your rank once you activate it's abilities.
