Assuming you doing have anything to study for + any liifting (I do work on my syllabi early) you can get some hours in on Friday and Saturday night 
I'm not going to lie, last weekend was perfect for me...I literally finished downloading the game Thursday night...took care of all of my errands, did some GRE prep, did my lifting for most of the week then hunkered down and played that shyt Sat-Mon...I only worked out on Sat. and probably ate 2500 calories during the three day period.

Another thing I noticed, as you progress through the game, Snake's "horn" starts to grow

That's the extreme difficulty version of her boss fight. You get that outfit after you beat her. It's hard as shyt
