Yo anyone else notice the sky at night in Africa has like a grid of white squares in it ?

when I move the camera they disappear when I sit still they stay?

Click the image to really see, it didnt translate well to the screenshot. But its like some vector grid of white squares in the sky texture. But when I move the screen gets darker and I can see everything better. But the minute I sit still this happens.
