Notable Quotes:

Cleaning up your diet and exercising will have you're skin looking :blessed:. I know it's not groundbreaking advice, but it works.

Essential Oils are great as well.

Dont ever wash ur beard. Just let water run through it and comb/brush it. Thank/dep/rep me in 2 months...

Also ya'll boys need to invest in a tongue scraper, just going over the tongue with your toothbrush wont cut it

Clutch Robinson's Clean Teeth Tutorial:
Brush twice a day.
Use baking soda 3× a week (every day is bad for your teeth)
When using baking soda, brush with baking soda first, rinse, then use toothpaste
Use mouthwash after every brush. Swish for at least 30 seconds and make sure you gargle (pause).
If you really want to shine, use Crest white strips every 3 months are so.
Make sure you brush your tongue, especially near the back, as well as the inside of your (mouth) cheeks. This is where the bacteria lives in your mouth.
Floss.

Best toothpaste/mouthwash combo IMO is Arm and Hammer Advance White toothpaste and Crest Pro Health rinse

(dap and rep my brehs for dropping dimes)

IMPORTANT: DRINK A GALLON A WATER A DAY! TRUST ME YOU'LL BE GOD STATUS.

For when it's time to go out a rockin' and you want the hoes jockin'. Smells amazing.

Keeps your skin right and bright, so c00n, and keeps the crunchbar away if you do it regularly.

Another thing that keeps the face right. Alternatively you can use lemon juice and Apple Cider Vinegar to get some
exfoliation and toning, but meh, this one is simple enough.

if youre at the early stages of hairloss and you want to maintain your hairline use Minoxidil.

You have to keep using it or it backfires. Use religiously, you see results. Use sporadically and you actually do more damage. I'm not sure why that is, but that's the warning I heard.

Witch hazel? Sounds entirely too demonic. No cosign on that.

Wiki says it's from Old English 'wiche' meaning pliant or bendable.

Witch hazel is like peroxide and baking soda and olive oil and tea tree and vinegar and shea butter and ice - the shyt works.

The only caveat is not to use solutions/preparations/recipes intended for white people, white skin, white hair, white problems. If white people swear by something, doesn't follow it will also work for black folk.
