What a shocker.

Disney probably was not willing to trust him enough with creative leeway, and he's too much of a "known" director with his own established brand to need the job.
I reckon at least one party decided that a "Jordan Peele film" and a "Marvel Studios (Kevin Feige) film" are mutually exclusive.

He allegedly stated he does not like superhero films at some point in the past anyways.

Yea after. But when it happened most the theater didn’t know what the fukk happened.

I’m saying in an instant, those scenes had the theater going nuts. But yea, after the movie was over, IW had people looking depressed
