Wait? He was in Sicario? I don’t remember DK in that film
.yep...he was a F B I agent...Emily Blunt partner
I think that was just the character breh
T'Challa was a shakespearean prince/king for 50% of his movie, couple fights that Marel's team can teach anyone at the waterfall thing, then a cgi figure in a black suit the other rest. BP was more of an "actor's role" than basically all the other heroes, and this dude is a great actor. just saying, they have him in their stable and he was like the 8th most important character in the movieHe is probably my favorite actor, but playing a superhero? You guys need to stop anything about what Hollywood produces with the suggestions that y’all are posting
fukk that shyt, I like Kaluuya a lot as an actor but his character in the first film was a full-on snake with no redeeming qualities. If you want him to be the Black Panther you're gonna have to spend an entire movie setting it up, he can't be the Black Panther in the second movie. And honestly I don't think he's right in a martial arts/fighter role anyway.it doesn't to me. i'm adimantly against her getting the mantle. i keep saying it, but she has an important role, why take that away? seems counterproductive. i doubt they do it. i'll keep banging the drum that they have 2 academy award actors in that universe who played pretty small roles in the grand scheme (Kaluuya and Nyongo) so why not just make one of them the main character? ... but i think we have enough main character female heroes at the moment

And I agree with Shuri not getting the mantle cause I like her current role. Let her keep it. In fact, a good storyline for Black Panther 2 could be her wanting to take her brother's mantle and losing to whoever ends up taking it.
I don't think Michael Jordan Jr. should carry the role. Just isn't really his wheelhouse and feels too much like a typical Marvel death comeback cop-out.
Either make it Nyongo or recast that shyt.
she's got enough going on. they pretty much made her the star of the BP franchise. feel like she's had more memorable scenes than any of em, had as big a role if not bigger than T'Challa in the Avengers movies, and is now getting a superflous series. they're already in danger of overkill. does she really need to be Panther too?I vote Okoye
She knows what's she's talking about probably.dudes love linking to that psycho. how can you look at that crazy eyes and care about what she has to say?
