As you should. Luka is a beast but I am happy with our decision as well. Trae has great potential in this league and is an extremely hard worker with the talent to boot. He is really fukking raw and not consistent right now but he will get there one day.

I think the issue is that Trae isn't an off ball player...

A lot of Stephs threes aren't just dribbling across half-court and pulling up

Most of Steph's offense is off the ball. I told a lot of nikkas this and even Coach Pierce mentioned it a week ago. Steph spent his first 3 years learning to be a NBA PG, Trae is learning to be an off ball player. Both on offense and defense and he has a really fukking long ways to go.

Trae will be special but he is far from a finish product while a nikka like Luka is a beast right now. He was eating Harden's ass alive yesterday. Trae is a sometimes beast. Sometimes scrub. Sometimes Josh Smith. Sometimes Steph range like Steve Nash. That said, he is only 19. We or at least I knew he wasn't polished out of college but I liked his potential. Stated so in the draft thread and the Hawks draft thread. I am very glad we got him. I only had one rule. Don't draft JJJ with the pick and I was fine after that.
