this isn't a morey move, it's a leslie alexander move.

les just wants to put people in the stands and sell merchandise because he's a money hungry jew.

leslie was the reason adelman left as well.

I know its entertaining but do we havé to ressort to racial stereotyping to mqke our points.

No they did this deal for marketing and revenue reasons. They :eat: good off Yao for years. They saw a opporunity to bank on the next big Asian and gave Lin the money. The Houston Rockets did'nt do this move for there next pg even tho Lin is a decent one. But they did this for the money. They will make more money for the franchise this way. It's not my team but if a person like Lin is bringing in constant revenue I would do the deal as well.

yes, in the beginning when it's still fresh. but here's the difference: yao was actually a good player, who bought wins to the franchise. lin's star will fade once the losses pile up.

Billups was an expiring contract that we amnestied...smfh we could've traded him to whoever wanted to get an expiring contract in return for a protected 1st round pick and what not. My knicks are doomed
We had to do it to get chandler.do you have a problem with that signing ?

If Lin makes a allstar team or 2 the Rockets will make back triple what they paid. Think international / global marketing holiday.

It is what it is man. Things worked better for him when the offense ran through him. It also worked better in a fast paced dantoni style system. Both those things are gone in NY. Best of luck to him in Houston. Without any major stars he'll have a chance for a more dominant role there. We'll see how he does against Parker, cp3 and Westbrook out west.

you don't understand the hype with lin in houston right now from his asian fans.

the rockets could go 0-82 with lin averaging 12 ppg and they'll love him.

this is why i don't want him on the rockets. :upsetfavre:

take a look for yourself.
