I think even in practice they say he starts slow.

What he really needs to figure out is how to run in this league. Rookie year Russ looked way more dynamic/quick. HIs running threat would open up so much and ease him into the game.

RT Murray held his own and we signed Jordan Mills, so that will minimize the lost of Gilbert.

Ravens are no cupcake though. THey are tough and disciplined.

Lamar's throwing mechanics has improved big-time. But we still have to contain him.
