If you are serious it's a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding. Many on this site(myself included) think it's the GOAT routine.

Thanks. I'm aiming for around 1900 or so since I need to get lean as quick as possible for my trip, but the idea of going that low has me . I'm worried about constantly being hungry
