I think what people will eventually realize is that the movie didn’t suck because of the version released.
the movie and build up to said movie was rushed. The timeline of events. The character buildup. The world building. It wasn’t there. Their entire universe and MCU carbon copy attempt was doomed the moment they announced BvS right after MOS.
And what little clips I’ve seen of the movie, the dialog and chemistry wasn’t there.
a British Superman, a Jewish Wonder Woman, a gay Flash, a cornball token brotha Cyborg, a Bawston Batman who just looks like a corny cac in a black suit next to characters with actual super powers and Cool Bro Yeah Dude Aquaman.
All of whom had no real backstory besides Superman and Wonder Woman.

I’ll give it a watch. I’m already subscribed to HBO Max. It’s one on the streaming services I’m keeping. I’ve said it on here countless times. I’m not a fan of what Zack Snyder did with these DC characters. It’s edgy shyt just to be edgy. Justice League was a fukking piece of shyt though, and I’m curious to see the differences.
