This is insane to me considering all that shyt we we're talking about it when the trailer first dropped - "raptor squad", "cgi hydrosaurus", etc
Been following the production of this since about 06 when I think it was first announced and I was gonna see it regardless as the OG is one of if not my favourite film all time but I genuinely thought the mainstream public would find a dinosaur film
after 2 and 3. As far as the movie it was good as a spectacle which is what JP is. I was
at the start due to sheer corniness of the first 10 mins but Star Lord held the fukk down and when fukkery kicked off Pterodactyls body slamming Nikkas left and right

The OG will never be topped for sheer magic - when my nikka Alan Grant sees the brontosauruses for the first time is a top ten cinema moment. But for sheer havoc and fukkery, dinosaurs will always get my money

Raptors are the GOAT breh - even when they're tearing Nikkas to pieces they're still the GOAT. I'd even argue that raptors are the stars of the Jurassic Park franchiseI don't know if that Gyrosphere worker was supposed to be a high school kid or just some late 20's early 30's peon. The guy playing him is 32 years old, though, so probably the latter.
Also, I gotta mention, don't bother with the 3D for this movie. Completely pointless, but the theater around me only had three regular shows and the rest were 3D. Might have to hit up the Alamo more often.
...And another thing, I always found the Raptors in these movies to be strangely....adorable for some reason, even when they're acting like savages, chasing (annoying)humans and murdering them. The fukk is wrong with me, brehs?
Haven't seen the movie. Won't see it until I can get it on bootleg for 5 dollars.
