Man at this point you're talking just to talk.
I asked why doesn't "The Killing Joke" count....no response.
Arthur Fleck was a whiny bytch in "The Killing Joke"....if you want to sit there and tell me it don't count because it's not canon,
none of this shyt is canon.
So what's your beef....talking about "they stripped away the appeal from the comics, games, and movies"
when you've never even seen Arthur Fleck before this movie.
So what are you comparing this to?
And
at "Ledger was more Joker"....you know damn well when people say that they aren't talking about quantity. They're talking about he's more aligned with their limited knowledge of the character.
Lastly
at the first sentence in your post. This ain't 1995 or some shyt. You can't "fool" the public with marketing like that. They could've called it whatever the fukk they wanted, Arthur, Joker, The Killing Joke,
whatever....word was out this was an Arthur Fleck movie immediately. From the first Twitter reactions. From the posts on this board. From the reviews. So the idea that WB somehow "fooled" the general public with a title....to the tune of $1 billion....is straight lunacy.
If cats were under the impression this was a 100% Joker movie and felt "fooled" word of mouth would've killed this movie inside of 1-2 weeks. But it obviously didn't.
