DC going even darker! Hilarious. I'm all for this movie but can't it just be regular DC?

I saw that but still doesn’t seem to be actually official. For it to be official they wouldn’t just bury it in a article like that it would be its own story and from what I’ve seen Phoenix has never officially been announced in the role.

Cool, just saying even if you want to differentiate this and other movies from the regular DCEU call it something else instead of dark/black.

I'm at the same time. Phoenix is a great actor and this could really be good since they don't have to worry about continuity with the DCEU but I'm still cautious.
