O line is that damn bad this year? Wat happened
I swear y all are not that far removed from years y all were the consensus top 5 o lines in the league
Oh yeah, it’s pretty bad. We lost a lot of familarity at LT with Castonzo’s retirement. Ryan Kelly, our center, has been checked out for a while. I think Wentz’ departure irritated him as they were good friends, but it also wouldn’t shock me if the loss of his child had him tuning out football altogether.
We also lost Glowinski to the Giants last summer who was another familiarity piece. Nelson got paid heavily over the off-season and has looked like he regressed due to back injuries over the years. Braden Smith, our RT, is the one I’m really shocked about. He is usually consistent and even he is playing pretty badly.
Ballard has been rotating Pryor, Pinter, and even our project LT Raimann in this line throughout the season but it’s been patch after patch to cover up a sinking ship.
