I guess I'm the only one picking Rosado. Not sold on Charlo. Rosado is very solid and battle tested. I favor him. Although I wouldn't be surprised if he does win but gets robbed

Came by to post something similar. If I was moving up my competition, Rosado is not I guy I would look forward to. He is a tough opponent. Charlo has looked good, but not incredibly spectacular. A fight vs Rosado is not easy...in fact I definitely wouldn't be surprised to see Rosado wins because he is a tough veteran. Actually i was thinking I would lean Rosado's way. He looked great against Quillen and physically big...he should be much bigger than Charlo on fight night.
Kind of reminds me of the Tapia-Kirkland fight...I wouldn't have chosen Kirkland as my first big step up in competition...feeling Rosado will be the same.

Charlo by Close/Controversial Decision (Toughest fight to call really, but its a 10 rounder at 154 so that's what swayed me in the end)

Let's say I'm not real confident in most my picks, so I thought I would go against the mainstream picks. Peterson got run over by Matthysse and has always been a bit chinny. I will pick against him, since I'm never confident in guys who just got their asses kicked.
I think Rosado may be too much for Charlo. Charlo should be more skilled as a boxer, but Rosado may just be too physical and veteran for him. Rosado physically out muscled Quillin at 160 and took GGG's best punches and never went down. Charlo didn't look great against Hopkins and may not be ready to face such a physical fighter. I also wouldn't be surprised by a fight that looks like Rosado won, but Charlo gets the decision. It will say a lot about Charlo though if he's able to step up his game and look like the better fighter and beat Rosado.

All my picks were dead on last night, especially that Jennings by Late KO. That fight went just how I thought it would. Jennings fights like a better version of Lamont Peterson. Like more athletic with a higher ring IQ.

I did think Rosado and Burgos would be more competitive in their bouts though, but fukk it. Charlo and Garcia boxed the shyt outta them nikkas.

Jean could have done more, but he still fought hard and got his licks in.

That's 5 wins this year.
