20 Years in the Making. I loved it. The Ending was wild. Anyone expecting those cookie cutting comic endings then of course you would be disappointed. This is by far one of the best Superhero Trilogies of all time. Sam killed it in this film. It was like Mr. Glass was truly in control the entire time. Bruce was cool, you can tell he really embraced his powers now. His ending was symbolic of his ultimate fears. Cool they brought the original Son back and even used footage from "Unbreakable". Yes, James did the damn thing again. I think he topped "Split" here because he had to remember how he did all that before and do it again. Loved the plot twist with the secret societies.

Also love how grounded the whole Universe was. It was dope seeing the different powers by all the characters (Yes the Girl and Son probably have powers too of some kind clearly) Yes it was a depressing ending but not all Superhero films need to end upbeat. You need your "Empire Strikes Backs", "Infinity War" type endings sometimes. Overall tied the whole series up and leaves mad room to keep it going (TV Series? Sequel following the secret society?). Clearly they aren't the only ones with powers. Sarah Poulson was a dope new character. She had you almost believing they were nothing but lunatics. M Night flipped the whole Superhero mythologies on it's head with this film and the whole Trilogy.

My sentiments exactly. All three part to the trilogy were beautifully written.

At the end of the Glass movie. When Mr.Glass was on the verge of dying. He did told his mother that- " It was not a limited edition. This was an origin story."

There's a possibility we might get a sequel. I like your idea of Dunn son and Cooke having some sort of powers. After what they went through. And the secret society idea is great. I hope M. Night make another sequel to this.

It was cool. Not sure how I feel about the twist though. The whole middle part could have been done better.

I agree that it's the worst of the three but in a Dark Knight Rises way, not a X Men 3 way.

Just finished watching this. Was a good enough movie to not be bored with. The beast is a really good actor. The girl that was released by beast, and Mr glass mother were garbage. When she was holding beast in her arms in the last scene, where he was dying and going through multiple personalities; it looked like she was laughing at one point. Glasses mother looked as if she didnt give a shyt her son was dying at the end. Bruce willis looked like he wasnt getting paid enough to act, so he did the bare minimum to not get replaced. Mr glass was alright considering he didnt have much dialogue in general.

A couple of plot holes/bad writing here and there, but all in all it wasnt a terrible movie.

7/10 for me.

Wouldn't call it trash but its no kind of great or even good.

Bruce Willis phoned it the fukk in and since you know a contrived twist is coming because its Shymalan....eh :ld:

The Horde was the star and I didn't even see Split :heh:

Split was some of the worst sh1t I've seen on a movie screen... Prior to the beast coming into existence I was done with the movie.

Transforming into a superhuman based on his conviction... Get out, then the character interactions with his different personalities. Trash of the highest order and my surprise when I saw the RT score.

It's funny to see how pretentious. m night really has gotten....

His cameo seen was so cringy.....the action sequences were wack...and the dialogue was too much......you could hear people sucking their teeth when the therapist bytch kept rambling

Macavoy changing personalities was entertaining.....It got corny when macavoy had to take off his shirt like 8 times just to show he the "beast".....the more I think of it...the movie was weak
Just saw it on a flight.. horrible movie. Its tight security in the mental hospital one minute but no security when some action needed to happen
