James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, and Samuel L. Jackson get treated in Glass first look

American Horror Story regular Sarah Paulson will play a the psychiatrist who is given the unenviable task of treating our trio of superpowered leads.

“She deals with people that think they’re comic-book characters,” Shyamalan said of the new character. “It’s kind of the modern-day equivalent of ‘I think I’m Jesus’ or ‘I’m an emperor.’ ”

This makes it sound like she's treating more than just the three of them. In this universe, that asylum could be full of powered people. Maybe Mr Glass got himself sent there on purpose so he could put together two opposing super teams to fight each other.

To M. Knight for always reppin Philly in every single movie. He did it guys, Just as I talked about in the "Split" Thread. This is low-key gonna be a great trilogy. Trailer was fire, M. Knight gonna have the audience really questioning if all of this is really real. Can't wait for the Twist, you know it's coming. Part 1 had a huge twist, Part 2 had a huge twist as well.

Yo! I'm watching Unbreakable again and just found out how that this film is literally 18 years in the making. Glass' mother while talking to Dunn mentioned there's two types of villains, the soldier villain who fights against the superhero physically and the mastermind archenemy. Straight up foreshadowing what this movie will be.

I think the twist is ol' girl from Split actually have powers and again key in defeat the beast. I presume hers is that she's an empath.

Or that she'll become evil.

I think she will have an important role for sure. But it seems Glass is setting up some sinister a$$ sh!t in that hospital just like he did in Part 1. I feel like M. Knight is definitely trying to play with our minds with this new Psychologist character. But clearly The Beast is gonna be causing mad issues again so David Dunn is gonna probably need help. I'm just happy this is finally happening. "Unbreakable" is still till this day criminally slept on though I'd argue it's standing has gotten better over the years as people discover it. It was just completely overshadowed by the "Sixth Sense" Phenomenon coming out only a year later. I always loved Ye's bar in "Through the Wire"

Not only criminally slept on because people expected more of the 6th sense, but it being literally ahead of it's time. It came out before the whole comic book wave. The same year as X-Men in fact. And it hit a realism that people applauded Christopher Nolan for. Unbreakable was ahead of it's time and more people now appreciating that origin story now after years later.
