I'm curious as to what that whole thing with Elliot being protected under diplomatic immunity by the republic of Panama thing is all about and why they couldn't touch him after that. :ohhh:

Just finished the season. Just off pure entertainment this was a clean 9/10 for me. Pleasant surprise. Can’t wait to see what they got coming next. I don’t know if allot of people have amc plus but this was a show that should have been on bigger streaming service. Netflix or hbo Max etc...

No Whammies!!
Watched the pilot. I find it kind of hard to suspend my disbelief that modern-day London is as violent as that.

After watching the 2nd episode, I think I "get" the show now.
I was looking at it as a "gangster" show, but I think the correct way to look at it is like a "martial arts fighting" show. So far it looks like it might be more like "Warrior" than "McMafia".

The pilot was on Amazon Prime, is AMC+ the only place you can watch the rest of the series?

What I mean is, I looked at the first episode like a "gang politics" show, and I wasn't in love with it because I couldn't suspend my disbelief that 2020's London is really like that, plus its hard to keep all the characters/factions/gangs straight.

I enjoyed the 2nd episode more because I realized we're really supposed to be following ONE particular character's fighting skills rather than the whole gang vs gang stuff.
At least, that's my impression after 2 episodes.

Gangs of London gets a lot of hype but the best British show is Line of Duty
