This show was the chosen one, could of been the undisputed goat of entertainment and story telling, threw it all in the bushes for a Star Wars project that never happened

I honestly don’t ever see a show reaching this level of hype, popularity and impact again

Yep... if they would have just nailed the landing.. they would have been hollywood royalty. Set for life.. now their just the guys that fumbled the biggest series...


With streaming increasingly taking prominence.. I can't see it happening either.

Battle of the b*stards might be my favorite episode of the entire series. The tension and all the lead up and then the battle itself was GOAT level TV

i don't mind them losing a dragon and have it turn to an ice dragon but the plan was dumb and rushed.

Nothing was wrong with the results of what happened. The dragon destroying the wall, Arya killing NK, Khaleesi going psycho, Bran being King, all of those are plausible and perfectly fine outcomes. It's the way all those things happened that was complete and utter bullshyt.

Goofy ass plan that should've culminated in Jon being killed - except for Uncle Coldhands showing up for the first time in like 4 seasons for 30 seconds just to save him

we really should've known then that we were gonna get some bullshyt to end it

In the books the dragons werent supposed to go past the wall I believe.

I thought something with Bran going past the wall w/ everything w the 3 eyed raven was gonna undo the magic of the wall and allow the whitewalkers to overtake it.

Also killing off the whitewalkers off so early and the night king was dumb as hell. I also hated Jon not getting a final showdown and letting Arya get the death blow since they had been building up all series and Jon had almost been chasing him down

I like that idea of Bran.. That would of worked well.
