Cersei and Arya's stories are a bit behind on the show compared to the books. That's about it though.

Well the Red Witch appears and since Jon Snow has kings blood, I think she's definitely behind him dying or is going to do something about it. I especially noticed how they sort of focused on the blood as he laid there. As for the rest of the episode, seems like just about everyone is at their bottom right now trying to fight back up to some sort of power.
