How? She is no longer queen and her army is proven to be ineffective at close quarter combat. Her army is devastated and she is no closer to the iron throne than season 1 and yet she moved up in the power rankings?? Yeah sure.

i ain't even targset, but it's clear she got the juice as far as the GoT and will be part of the clique that deals with the white walkers. Targset is basically only good for their dragons, that give them their power, this was a clear advance in their game
