I'm surprised the meera reed character got bushed. She killed a white walker as well. She's an unsung hero in the show.

Just adopted a cat and named her Meera

On my rewatch I've grown to hate cercei less.

She came up from the typical conniving woman to don corleone of the 7 boroughs status (tyrion is her tessio in the targaryen family up north), all through her own cunning and ruthlessness.

End of season six when she adopted the short hair and dominatrix outfit is when you realise that she doesn't want to accept the backroom role anymore.

fukk that bytch. She raised Joffrey, a top 3 sociopathic television Cac of ALL time (right behind Ramsay) and she fukkS HER BROTHER. I know in Westeros that incest is all the rage but that shyt is nasty as hell. Plus remember she tried to have Tyrion killed twice. That bytch is irredeemable to the max

rewatching HBO marathon right now, and damn was robb making some overly honourable stupid-ass decisions. same shyt that got Ned.

I mean thats his pops and remember Robb was the first (“true-born”) son so he was going to inherit Winterfell and the Warden Of The North title. Ned trained him all his life to be like him, so its not out of the realm of realism that when thrown into a war and named King Of The North that he’d fall back on how he was raised.

Also Cat did him NO favors with letting Jamie go. Upon my rewatch that was one of the top 5 DUMBEST decisions in the show’s mythology

My prediction.... Jon defeats the night king, becomes the new night king and leader of the white walkers, and marches his undead army back north

This is one of the reasons I have season 7 as the worst. They placed more value on spectacle than on story telling. So many things that season had me :mindblown: and not in a good way.

Did a binge leading up to this season (saving the season 7 finale for Saturday/Sunday) and the drop off in quality is extremely apparent when you're watching it back to back.

It's kinda crazy cuz there are amazing fight scenes dope storylines but then there's so many dumb networkish shyt. From Ed Sheanen (or whatever his name is), to putting characters in positions they should die only to have them survive cuz they're not ready to die (a pure desperate attempt at generating awe), to a level of corniness with some of the character reunions as well as our favorite characters meeting for the first time. A whole lot of fan service. It's like a completely different crew made season seven.

Joffrey is the only major to semi-major character I ever hated on the show. He and Ramsay are the only two I felt had no redeemable qualities, but Ramsay swagged too hard on nikkas for me to hate him, plus he put that work in:mjlit:

Cersei, as vile as she was, loved her children above all else and that's what motivated her actions. She knew what Joffrey was, she said so plenty of times, but that was her son regardless. If we're keeping it a buck, has anyone played the game better than her up to where we're at in the story?:patrice:

the most notable drop is the one between season 6 and season 7. I think it's most likely caused by the reduction in episodes.

Doesn't bode well for this 6 episode season :merchant:
