And Bayless' FS1 show will air from 10 a.m. – noon, going head-to-head with First Take. (Max Kellerman debuted July 25 as Smith’s new co-host.

FS1 is still struggle city though, they're taking talent but ESPN is still #1 by a huge margin. All FS1 is doing is shelling out a ton of money without seeing any results.

I think it's smart for fs1 to put it on at the same time. If they can cut into first take ratings by 35% they won.

I agree, however, in college one of my professors had us read a book called "The Innovators Solution" which is one of the best business books ever written. It's all about how to disrupt an established business and eat good off a fraction of its customers. FS1 is fine just taking a slice of the ESPN pie.
