Hate him or not, Skip has a genuine eye for talent. He’s definitely on the downside of his career since he’s in his 70s but I wouldn’t be surprised if he made one more cohost a superstar before he hangs it up. Man is a master provocateur

No there's just no pretend in me. I don't bad mouth people but I've fallen out with people in life and when the opportunity presented itself I ended the relationships and I never have spoken to any of them again and I never will. Multiple things can be true at the same time but in the end one thing wins out.

I'd get on TV and do the bare minimum to full out my contract and dip. SAS kept it real. I wouldn't have chose to shyt on the guy but if you don't like a person don't pretend to.

At least Shannon was man enough to talk shyt about Skip on social media yet still showed up on live television to fulfill his obligations. SAS talked shyt about Max in interviews, yet literally had "surgery" just so he didn't have to come face to face with Max knowing that he didn't want to work with him.

At least Shannon also didn't go out out like a bytch like Greeny did in having his co-host find out he was leaving the same time that everyone else did and acted nervous everytime they worked together until the end.

Like a lot of other people in here are saying, Shannon respects the platform and opportunity that Skip gave him even if he grew tired of working with him.

Then I'd just pull dude aside after the final show and say something to the effect of we may have fallen out but 7 years ago you took a chance on me and I'll always appreciate that. This is the end of our relationship. I will never speak ill in public about you nor will I ever speak to you again. Have a good life.

There's no need to present some sort of amicable split in the public. Being fake for the sakes of appearances isn't really some admirable trait. SAS clearly didn't like Max nor did he like working with him. Why should he have pretended otherwise?

As much as I like Shannon this is all 100% Skip

If you have the ability to effectively argue Skip and match his emotion and fukkery you will do well and become a star.

People watch that show purely to see Shannon argue against Skips bullshyt. I read something like the episodes directly after a Cowboys loss or LeBron loss always has the highest ratings, because you know Skip gonna be on some bullshyt

The reason i like Colin is because he doesn't put on a act or try to troll. He says questionable shyt at times, but stephen A, skip, shannon etc are putting on a act/persona a lot of da times, colin comes across as an adult, even when he's wrong

He disliked that man so much he negotiated a buyout to get out of a signed contract he was in. He'd been working with the man for years before this. He don't rock with dude at all that's just TV shyt. It's one thing if his contract was up and he was bored or just wanted to move on and take on another challenge in life but he literally fled from the guy.

He completed nearly 4 years of his 5 year contract. People outgrow relationships it happens. Doesn't mean you have to be a robot and non-emotional about it. It's not mutually exclusive.

Not really. More often than not, they will negotiate for you to finish up any duties for which they don’t have a replacement. It was likely in the terms of his separation agreement. I write that sort of winding up of duties into contracts all the time.
