Skip doesn't work great solo. He needs someone to play off of. Shannon signed up for this. So why people are all in their feelings for Shannon is simply something i don't understand. But the FOX execs are loving this engagement so like I said, none of it matters. Skip and Shannon will both come out this even more valued to media companies.

Their professional relationship is very fractured. I wouldn't be surprised if Shannon left before the year is up. The tension is real and those rumors that came out yesterday that Shannon was pissed at Skip bc of the tweet and decided not to come in look to be true. Shannon was sneaky bringing that up but something tells me a lot of athletes reached out to Shannon and asked him not to go in yesterday and Shannon was showing solidarity with them in bringing up the tweet.
It's sad because Undisputed is my favorite sports show, and I primarily tune in to hear Shannon's opinion on football. But this show doesn't have the same energy and charisma that it did when Jenny Taft was on the show, and now with these two at odds it feels like we are seeing the beginning of the end. Skip destroyed this show with his ego.

Shannon is a grown damn man, he can handle his own. He doesn't need me to be angry for him. Shannon has been a true professional since his CBS days.
All Im saying is there's a right way and wrong way to handle situations in your career whether you're on tv or manager somewhere. Im pretty sure Shannon has a contract with Fox. No need to break it.
