The problem with that last tweet is that its incredibly poorly stated. It's a classic shyt sandwich statement, where the fukked up thing you want to say is in between two slices of reason for shielding. The reality is that while there definitely are very real questions to ask about what to do with this game, those questions need to be asked MUCH later, probably when you aren't concerned with the possibility that there's a nonzero chance that you just inadvertently aired a man's death on live television, in front of an audience of 65,000.
And you're right, context does matter. In this case, the context is that Skip Bayless is a habitual line stepper. He has made an entire career of saying wild reckless shyt about people, and having it written off as simple trolling or entertainment. Eventually you fukk around and pull that shyt at the wrong time, which is what he did. That's a tweet that he easily could've sat on until this morning at minimum.
