Not just that but go through their history...


When Magic was drafted number 1 as a rookie he joined a team that had the league MVP the year before in Kareem....Then a year later they have the #1 overall pick again and get James Worthy...Then after losing to the Celtics again they sign Mychal Thompson..

At one point in the mid 80's they had 4 number 1 overall picks in their rotation...How the hell does that happen? lol... And lets not get started on Kobe for Divac....

They just have a knack for making the rest of the league give up the panties with no KY...It's been like that forever, this is nothing new...Which is why I'm glad we got Riley who has that same ruthless mobster pedigree instilled by Buss...

I didn't know Kobe was the GM. And yeah, Krause and Reinsdorf would've never signed off on this, cheap b*stards. Could've easily put together a team in '99 and saved the MJ/Pip/Rodman/Phil combo.
