Usually when Microsoft talks about World Premiers they just mean it's either the first trailer for the game, or the first bit of gameplay shown either for the game, or a specific mode of the game.

I'd be shocked if they came back with Cuphead 2 so quick, though. I remember people getting a little anxious that the first one took so long. It'd be awesome if it was already ready to show, though.
