This is one of Microsoft’s best conferences IMO. It’ll be hard for Sony to top this given their already announced format. I give it a 9.4 out of 10.

Eh, not really. Sony has deep dives into 4 big exclusives which we haven't seen gameplay from yet. With the exception of Spider-man. Plus whatever surprises they have in store, maybe a first look at Rocksteady's new game, MK11, or maybe the RE2 Remake.

I was surprised MS had the premiere of Devil May Cry 5 though .

Battletoads was nice, but no footage .

First look at Cyberpunk

Pacing was solid for the most part, overall solid conference but it definitely can be beaten.

Strongest console and still working on improving it and the services that come with it.

Phil looked genuinely happy for once.

I think this e3 was a good reassurance that next gen will have MS back in the fight.

They are back on track with the japanese developers, we have more studios to grow and be ready when new gen starts in 2020ish....and they seem to be back in the mindset which made OG Xbox and first half 360 era great.

I would say they not really trying to win this gen anymore, but setting up their horse for next gen.
