Yea he did. He trapped Zolof/Ultron and Killmonger in a mirror dimension to where they couldn't use the stones. The Watcher told him he'd let him be if he just kept them trapped. I have a feeling this Supreme Strange isn't the exact same one but a version of him that went crazy with power but we'll see
