If you notice the marketing strategy the last couple of movies they hold back until like a month out then they kick it into overdrive. There isn't a GotG trailer yet either. They like to starve people before feeding them.

GOTG isn't coming out till next year april? this shyt is out in 2months and they are still peddling the 2nd trailer. Feels a lot like the lazy job they did with antman

OK compare that to the comp, WW and JL both got stuff out there and they come out even later.
Yeah, since AoU they don't keep a steady stream of promo they stack it up the month prior. That's their new marketing strategy.

The DCEU is still going through its audition stage (in the conscience of the general public) so they are playing by different rules. They are promoting WW and JL early to keep fans in tuned as the 1st 3 movies (while making money) left a bad taste in most ppls mouth

Whatever the case Marvel is taking a different tact. I'm not sure it is even the best strategy but they have been committed to it for the last couple of movies.
