How's that Hamilton looking?
Good. I am about half way through and I wish I had surround sound. They really did a good job on the camera work. It manages to show a dynamic performance with soloists but at the same time keep up with what is going on around the stage. I don't know why but I only ever heard the soundtrack and thought this was going to be like Stomp. Lol

Jonathan Goff/King George benefits so much from this version. I know everyone else was a star, though Miranda's performance is whatever, honestly. But Goff kills it.

I was expecting that he would come out and bow at the end, and that the crowd would go insane.

Miranda’s not a great singer but his writing and rapping has been on point since In The Heights. I imagine that a lot of better singers have played Hamilton but I’m not sure how many have been able to spit rap verses better than him.

With that said, Leslie Odom Jr did the damn thing.

Oh, he's more than capable in the role. And he wrote the thing so props for life to him. And I never thought of him as less than until this video presentation. Just that everyone else is so fukking great

He was great. Did you see how much he was actually spitting while he sang? Breh was getting the word out! He didn't seem to move much until his third appearance. I thought at first there was some sort of harness on his back because he seemed to be very stiff.
And I second HHR's comment. The others in the cast just brought it. Who played George Washington? Dude was looking fly later on in all black. If the real George Washington had dressed like that he woulda been more popular.

Actually check the curtain call again. I thought I saw him on the left side wearing tan like everyone else.
