Would consider it if they brought back DD & Punisher :ld:

It would be different shows with different casts. Netflix owns the rights to those incarnations of the characters. And will for a few more years. So they’ll either do their own versions or just wait the years out. My money is on the first option

I doubt they'll put those series on disney plus, they might release them on hulu.
But considering that they plan on making the upcoming shows MCU canon. i think it's more likely that they'l reboot.

The punisher without Jon bernthal just isn’t right :to:

:manny: The way season 2 ended, that story feels done anyway.
I don’t know man, they literally just got to that moment after 3 seasons (DD2) where he fully embraced he was the punisher, there didn’t need to be many more seasons, but a season 3 of the main show where he is fully strapped up taking on a crime syndicate woulda been great.

I think the punisher, in that “final form”, works better as a standalone movie than a whole series. The way they told his origin through two seasons is a dope narrative. A show of him being this guy who does all inner monologue and just kills people isn’t really interesting for me. As a movie tho? Yeah that would be dope

Netflix isn't going anywhere. This puts more pressure on someone like Apple+ or the upcoming Warner streaming than anything.

Warner probably gonna convert HBO and HBO Now subscribers to it so really and I can see Apple+ using Apple Music subscribers as an early base too similar to how YouTube red gets you YouTube music too.

Avengers Endgame .. Dec 11

Kicking off The Walt Disney Company's earnings call for the second fiscal quarter, Walt Disney Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bob Iger confirmed that Avengers: Endgame will arrive on Disney+ this December.

“We’re very pleased with our Q2 results and thrilled with the record-breaking success of Avengers: Endgame, which is now the second-highest grossing film of all time and will stream exclusively on Disney+ starting December 11th,” Iger revealed.

Disney+ is actually slated to launch on November 12, so Marvel fans will have to wait about a month before they can watch Avengers: Endgame on the service; but, there should be plenty of other entertaining content available at launch. As previously announced, Disney+ will cost $6.99 per month or $69.99 for the entire year ($5.83/month).
