This is a great season so far tho
Some people wake up from meaner blows to the head. Unlike how they show you in the TV shows and movies a sharp blow to the head usually just renders you KO'd for one minute any more than that you're probably in a coma, there's brain damage or you're dead.

That episode/preview was too real brehs. I actually had a dream about Isaak catching and killing Dexter with that solemn suicidal bartender swag. This season is actually getting to me.
