Dexter has been so off of the code it's not even funny that's why everyone hates the show now... Because of his recklessness....
And the deb getting in his ass about Rita was a wake up call that HE needed to hear not from Harry but an ACTUAL person.

Excellent episode. I think I'll call this one "The Understanding". The way Deb got dude to snap in that interrogation interview was a thing of beauty but the bad guys getting the last laugh turning her inside out on some Michael Corleone type shyt was beautiful too. She's an accomplice on every level now.

outside of Dex setting up shop in the lost and found of a huge airport, this season's writing has been pretty good 
The fact that he hid the photo, I thought it was his BOY, not talking father-son either
