Whoever Alex Garlands sound guy is deserves a lot of credit. Everything I've seen from Garland has had me come out more curious about the music and whatnot rather than the movie.

Just watched the first ep. Shyt was very dope. When Nick Offerman's character was busting dude for stealing code and explaining determinism I knew this shyt was lit.

Finished last night. I give it a 7.5/10, the set up was nice but I don't think they stuck the landing. The finale wasn't horrible but it was a bit of a cop out. Living in Deus? I guess they are rolling with the theory life is a simulation otherwise it doesn't make sense.
I gotta say I'm not a Lilly fan. I hate how everyone was giving her compliments. They should just illustrate her strength, courage, etc. instead of having people having to explicitly say it. Also, while it didn't hinder my enjoyment I don't find the actress remotely attractive.
Nick Offerman was good in this, I like him doing more serious stuff, hope it opens a new lane for dude.

I’m kinda putting blame too on the writers who wrote the character that way and the director.

Cuz they gotta film that shyt, watch it, then sign off on it. That’s why I feel they should be blamed too.

Some one on set could’ve called out the choice for her to be that “bland” but the the ones after CUT encouraging this telling her.
