This is why I thought IGNs review of this game was one of the most accurate ones. For a game that is built around the concept of co-op and PVP they hinder your ability to interact with others. It's annoying. Being able to dance/wave/sit down is great but i'd love to find items that would be valuable to other classes and have the ability to trade for things that I might need.

I can't believe there isn't a actual competitive pvp mode or ranking system. It also seems like there are just too many OP abilities and weapons in pvp.
The ability to have a rocket launcher, sniper rifle, combined with the special abilities all at the same time feels way too overpowering. Then you have all the other added bonuses from gear and items...
As time goes on all this stuff is just gonna get out of hand. Idk how half this stuff got passed testing.
I truly think that bungie is way in over there head. They have made it obviously apparent that they have no real experience in the RPG genre.
But there is no excuse for the lack of pvp ranking system, especially from a company who's known for the pvp fps content.
I seriously don't understand why they just didn't leave all that extraneous RPG elements in PVE and just made PVP it's own thing with it's own system. I'd prefer if the only thing that carried over was simply the aesthetics of your armor and weapons e.g. a Shingen-E should have the same ROF as any other auto rifle. The only thing that should change is simply what scope you have attached. Recoil and stability should be the same. No supers, no extra shields from melees like my warlock has an ability to gain a temporary shield after a melee hit. That's just ridiculous.

In control idk how many times me and some other would be capping a node and a lone enemy titan or hunter or warlock comes by and just wipes us all with their special. Giving his team orbs allowing them to do the same thing at the next cap.
All this stuff is fine for PvE but it has absolutely no place in a pvp environment.
All this on top of the fact that there is no ranking system or anything in pvp to persuade me to keep playing.
If it were up to me PvP would not award you any loot. Maybe only a currency that would allow you to buy cosmetic items but that's it.
Also WHY THE fukk DO THE SHOW ME WHAT OTHERS GET AT THE END OF A MATCH?!?!
I'm better off not knowing some dude got a exotic or legendary randomly. Like what is the point of this? Do they want me to congratulate him on his RNG achievement even though he did the worst on our team and was the reason why we lost?
It's like bungie is spitting in your face and saying "look how "lucky" he is. this could be you if you accept RNGesus into your life".

I don't even know what "RNG" stands for. This game just has some REALLY weird design choices. I suspect this game was rushed and/or designed to reap profits for corporate interests. I still like it but if I had an Xbox I'd drop this as soon as the Larry Chief Collection dropped.
