So Bungie owns the game even after we buy it? And the reason Twitch said they banned him was because his "community" was raiding other streamer's streams. How the hell is he supposed to have control over that?

I agree, he doesn't have control over his community's actions, so them banning him for something they did sounds like bullshyt...i'm sure it was more so bungie flexing on him showing him that shyt he did wasn't cool....with that said: once he did what he did, he set the example for his community that it was cool being disrespectful for laughs/trying to be cool and that he was cool with it....they just followed his lead....so like I said before: i back bungie this time....fukk him, he shouldn't have done that stupid shyt...he should apologize, then shut the fukk up and be happy the ban is only for a week....if he does that, the shyt will blow over, and he'll be back to making money using they game again...hell, they'll probably even have him on a stream with deej or something like that to help straighten the shyt out....but if he keeps playing up the bad guy role or act like he didn't do anything wrong, this shyt gonna fukk his money up even more....

Yeah those sweaties are probably the reason though. I don't think Bungie went through to look at each individual case, they just looked at records to see if anyone ever quit. All this could be avoided of Bungie would just add custom games though.
